I-TINT 5500 Universal Industrial Colorants are a revolutionary solution for coloration of solvent-based Industrial Coatings.

These colorants are universally compatible with various industrial resin systems such as Acrylic, Polyurethane, Alkyd, Epoxy, Nitrocellulose, MF and Saturated Polyester. They help eliminate grinding of pigments in different resin systems at the paint manufacturer’s end. This helps save time and effort while delivering the best solutions for even the most demanding requirements of industrial applications.

You can use I-TINT colorants for in-plant tinting as well as Point-Of-Sale (POS) tinting of solvent-based industrial coatings at the depot or retail level.

These pigment dispersions are suitable for use in water based flexographic inks. Pigmentations and resin levels are carefully optimized to provide the best possible balance between stability, gloss, viscosity and compatibility.

These colorants are manufactured on highly sophisticated dispersion mills to ensure high level of precision in particle size distribution and coloristic values. Aquaflexo colorants can easily be added into let down stage of ink manufacture under continuous agitation.

Ultratint colorants are engineered to impart an additional value to solvent free coatings and polymers. This product is especially designed solvent free, heavy metal free with low dispersing agents.

The vehicle, pigment quality, latest dispersion technology enrich product qualities viz. compatibility in polyols and resins, color strength, gloss and stability. Guidelines for usage at site

  • Use measured dose of colorant for putty bag
  • 1% colorant is recommended for achieving a pastel shade
  • Increase dosage of colorant for darker shade proportionately
  • Take water as per standard practice
  • Add color to water and mix thoroughly
  • Add to putty & mix well
  • Ensure no lumps remain & the mixture is smooth & even
  • Wait for two to three minutes. Then mix the putty again for two to three minutes before application.
  • Ensure equal dosage of colorant for further batches for uniform color
  • Use proper application tools for desired finish
  • A textured finish can be obtained by application of an extra coat

Hydratint 3400 Aqueous Pastes are specifically designed for tinting in a variety of water-based applications.

Being highly concentrated, these pastes are cost-effective for the user. Hydratints are made using concentrates of very carefully selected pigments and also highly sophisticated manufacturing process. This ensures high performance & consistency in achieving the precise color batch-to-batch. You can infuse Hydratint pastes manually, by pumping or through dispensing machines.

These aqueous pastes are perfectly suited to a wide range of applications and industries including inks, paper, textiles, latexes, personal care and many more.
