Rapier Gripper
Gripper head is the instrument used to drag the weft through shed during rapier weaving. A set of rapier gripper head is composed of entry gripper head and exit gripper head.
Wire Heald
Wire heald is a key component of the Jacquard harness assembly. This is the component that interfaces with the yarn, and hence all functional aspects of these elements are strictly controlled.
Spandex
Used for jacquard machine spring set - Activewear, Belts, Gloves, Hosiery, etc.
Pot
Plasma coating pot in 70mm, 80mm & 90mm for TFO machines. It is non-corrosive and highly durable.
Harness Cord
We provide jacquard harness cord using high grade material of fabrication, and conform to all standards in the textile industry.
Module Without Bearing - DD Brand
Electromagnet module is the most important part in jacquard weaving. The quality of module determines jacquard performance and also fabric quality.

Drop Pins
Drop pins are installed on the weaving loom to detect warp breakage. Drop pins are manufactured in closed and open type for mechanical and electrical warp stop motion.
Flat Transmission Belt
Perfect flat transmission belts consist of high quality rubber friction covers with polyamide sheet as the traction layer.
Repier Belt
Rapier belt is used cooperatively with rapier drive wheel and gripper head to finish weft insertion process on the rapier loom.
Accumulator
Accumulator is used to provide weft yarns to a weaving machine. With an electro-magnetic solenoid hook pin attached to it, the weft feeder will stop providing yarns when the preset amount of yarns is inserted.

Ceramic Parts
Thread guides made of ceramic material provides superior friction coefficient and low impact on high speed yarn. Guides made of ceramic have high wear resistance and are inert to various processing chemicals used in textile industry. Hence, they have longer service life compared to other materials used in textile industry.
These properties of ceramic guides make them suitable for use in an array of textile and yarn processing machineries.
Tension devices are designed for uniform tension and smooth movement of yarn at all points. These devices enable easy adjustment of tension for different counts and types of yarn.
